Palm View is a Magnificent, private, spacious Luxury Villa with Swimming pool, Home Cinema Room, Poolside Games area and children's entertainment room.

Available for rent all year round.

Our villa is designed for large groups and families.

Our villa comprises of 9 bedrooms and 8 shower rooms, + 2 separate WC's.

All bedrooms have fans and mosquito nets on the windows.

Only available as rooms out of season.

The villa is of high quality and Non Smoking /modern and has many sun terraces and covered Nayas with walkways from certain bedrooms on the ground floor to the swimming pool.It is not built on an urbanization and has it's own driveway and parking for up to 5 cars.

On the 1st floor, the outside covered Naya has a magnificent, beautiful table, seating up to 20 people if you wish to dine el fresco,together.This area also has full pull down see through blinds to either keep out the sun or to keep in the heat.

Set in gardens with swimming pool 10X5. A covered Poolside Cabana and Bar with fridge and purpose built BBQ. Outside Poolside,2 further Cabanas with Table Tennis, full size Pool table, table football and air hockey, board games can also supplied. DVD's and CDs are available from our Library.

The swimming pool area is safe for children as it is enclosed by 2 gates. The swimming pool depth starts at 4 feet and is entered by Roman steps (can be cold out of season).The swimming pool area is at the back of the villa,surrounded by fields with orange groves and Vine yard,it is not overlooked and so is very private. We supply plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs, and also parasols for more shade. CD players available.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

We also supply beach and pool towels at a small rental charge saving you having to pack extra bulky items.

Private parties can be catered for.

Surrounded by orange, lemon trees and vineyards with a beautiful view of the mountain called the "Montgo". It takes approximately 7 - 9mins walk to the sandy white beach (1 km) where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops.The nearest Supermarket "Mercadona" is 2 minutes away. Tennis clubs, Scuba diving, Jet skiing, Go carting, trike bikes for hire and Mini Golf are only 7 minutes walk away and the golf and bowls clubs are within a 10 to 25 min drive. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundamar,Benidorm palace are Theme parks, water parks and spectacular shows.The journey is only 45 minutes away and the caretaker can make arrangements with you for excursions from 4 persons to 18.

For the winter months, the upstairs lounge has a wood burning fire imbeded in a brick feature with circulating vents . Other apartments have free standing heaters.

A security deposit of £600 is required one week prior to your holiday. This will be fully reimbursed (Less any damages or excessive clean), one week after your day of departure.

Guests can check in after 3pm (not before)

Upon your arrival, the caretaker will give you a tour and short introduction to the villa and surrounding area. The caretaker will walk around the villa with you on your day of departure at 9.30am.

Check out is at 10am on the morning of your flight.

We are not able to look after your luggage
Minimum of 2 week bookings only in the height of the season,( July and August). We can arrange catering for any party or wedding reception with or without entertainment.
