A security deposit of £900 is required one week prior to your holiday. This will be fully reimbursed (Less any damages or excessive cleaning), one week after your day of departure.

Guests can check in after 3 p.m. (not before please)

Upon your arrival, the caretaker will give you a tour and short introduction to the villa and surrounding area.

The caretaker will walk around the villa with you on your day of departure at  9.30am.

Check out is at 10am on the morning of your flight.

Please note that we are not able to look after your luggage.

A minimum of 2 week bookings is required only in the height of the season, (July and August).
