The villa is not a normal holiday rental villa but higher quality, a special home with all the every day requirements.
The garden has many palm trees giving shade when required.
The villa has air-conditioning, central heating (which if wanted, will be charged at 50 Euros per week). Excessive use will be charged extra.
It is a villa and home of tasteful decor with all modern amenities and not situated on an urbanization .Quiet location with orange groves and grape vine yard surroundings yet close to the beach.
Villa "Sharonade" is a spacious three bedroom Spanish style Finca situated in the centre of Javea.1km from the sandy beach just off the main Cabo la Nao road to the Arenal beach. There are spectacular views of the Montgo mountain. We are only 1km from the sandy beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarket Mercadona is 2 min's away.
The accommodation comprises:

- Wall mounted flat 37 inch screen LCD TV with free to air Satellite, DVD player, please bring sky card with you for further programmers.
- Master bedroom 21 square meters with AC, 2 double fitted wardrobes a super king size bed that can be separated into 2 large singles.
- Shower room with a double shower en suite.
- Further bedroom one at 16 square meters with double fitted wardrobes with super king size bed (which can separate to 2 twins) with AC
- One further bedroom at 13 square meters with 2 twins and one set of bunk beds, ceiling fan.
- Large American style walk in shower room with WC and vanity unit.
- Mosquito nets on windows in all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided as are hairdryers.
- Central heating in all rooms. AC in the lounge, Master bedroom and one further main bedroom.
- Beach towels are available to rent should you wish to save having to pack bulky linen.
The swimming pool of 8x5 has a Roman step entrance and has a shallow end suitable for children.The depth starts at 1 meter to 1.90 meters.
The villa has it's one drive entrance with Electric gates to the new covered car port and a separate beautiful entrance porch with buzzer entry phone.
There are many exotic trees and flowers and even English roses.
Pick your own oranges/ lemons from our trees for juicing.
The area is private and surrounded by vine and orange groves. Well kept grassed garden. It is a very a place yet close to all amenities. super for children and families.
The villa is on a 1/4 of an acre of land and is enclosed with a wall surround and trees.The BBQ is purpose built and designed in Spanish tiles with outside fridge. There are sun beds with cushions and garden tables and chairs to seat up to 8.
