A security deposit of £600 is required one week prior to your holiday. This will be fully reimbursed (Less any damages or excessive clean), one week after your day of departure.

Guests can check in after 3 p.m. (not before).

Upon your arrival, the caretaker will give you a tour and short introduction to the villa and surrounding area.

The caretaker will walk around the villa with you on your day of departure at 9.30am.

Check out is at 10am on the morning of your flight.

We are not able to look after your luggage.

Minimum of 2 week bookings only in the height of the season,( July and August).

We can arrange catering for any party or wedding reception with or without entertainment.
